How it Works
1 Schedule
Select a day/time for your pickup window and **leave your address in your appointment notes upon scheduling**. We currently offer pickup and delivery from 7:30AM – 3:00PM Monday through Friday. There is a $40 minimum that will be collected when you schedule your pick-up. This amount will be deducted from your total. Your total will be $2.50/lb of laundry (weighed dry before washing and wet), excepting any special items should you have any (e.g. comforters, sleeping bags, pet beds, etc.) for which you can see pricing on our site or request a quote from our team member.
2 Pickup
Place your dirty laundry in a sturdy reusable laundry bag or trash bag. Make sure to check all pockets thoroughly. Please put any pre-treated items in a separate bag and notify your driver or leave a note. If you will not be present at time of pickup, please include where you will leave your laundry in your appointment notes when you schedule so our team knows where to look as well as any special instructions or additional details (i.e. if you have a pet we should be aware of or gate code or if you have special care items).
3 Delivery
Relax and enjoy your extra free time! We’ll reach out when your laundry is ready to collect your final payment as well as to schedule your drop-off time within 24 hours of pick-up (unless otherwise communicated). Our team will then bring your laundry, cleaned and folded to your specifications, right back to your doorstep. If you want faster delivery, select “Rush Delivery” and leave details in your appointment notes.

**horse blankets and pet bedding are both items that MUST be drop off items so that we can make sure the machines are properly cleaned after the items have been washed

What locations are you currently delivering to?
We currently have one location in Burley, ID and are servicing the local area. If you have any questions about if we are able to deliver to your home, please give us a call.
What is the turnaround-time?
Your perfectly washed and folded clothes will be returned to you the day after we pick them up. We also offer rush delivery for any requests within 24 hours for an additional $20 fee.
Do you provide commercial laundry services?
Yes we do! We provide fast, reliable, and customized laundry services for hotels, Airbnb, salons, barber shops, fitness centers, restaurants, medical offices, and more! Visit our “Commercial Services” page for more details.
Is there any contract or long-term commitment?
None whatsoever. However, we do love to see your face over and over again! There is a discount for customers that set up recurring laundry drop-offs and/or pick-ups after the first order. Discount is dependent on the amount of laundry as well as the frequency of washing. More details given upon request.
What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs hand washed?
Separate the item from the rest of your clothes by placing it in a bag, within the bag. Include a note that says “Hand Wash” with the item.
How do I know how much wash & fold I'm sending?
We charge per pound, so if you’re curious about how many pounds you’ll see on your receipt, weigh the laundry. You can use a regular bathroom scale or a hanging luggage scale if you have one.
How will I be billed for my service?
When you schedule there is an initial $40 payment that covers the minimum requirement for our pick-up and delivery services. When we receive your laundry, it will be weighted before we wash it. All bulk or specialty items that are charged separately are removed prior to weighing. Our team will contact you when your laundry is ready for delivery to collect the remainder of your total (the $40 is deducted) and schedule your delivery appointment.
What do I put my laundry in?
Any type of plastic or fabric bag will do! Please do not use hampers or boxes.
Is there a limit to how much I can send in to be washed?
No! You can send all your laundry in at one time. Please note orders over 75 pounds may take an additional day to process.
It's raining/snowing outside, and I'm afraid my clean laundry will get wet. What should I do?
When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry, however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home.
What if I miss my pickup/drop-off time?
If you miss your pick-up or drop off timeframe, a missed pick-up or missed drop off fee may be assessed. Avoid these additional fees by notifying and rescheduling your pick-up/ drop off at least 3 hours before your scheduled time. Please note: if you’ve pre-paid for service, you will not be refunded for missed pick-ups.
How can I add special order instructions?
Have a special request? When you schedule your pick up appointment, you can type in your special request in your appointment notes.
Examples of special requests:
special detergents like hypoallergenic or unscented (note our soap is specially and locally formulated and is hypoallergenic)
laundry instructions like washing in hot or cold water
no dryer sheets
air dry certain items
hang certain clothing items
